You

Solid Hardwood & Stainless Steel Construction -
As with all Brunswick billiard tables, Manhattan
features the best quality materials - you'd expect
nothing less. The rails are crafted from solid cabinet
grade maple. Now there are many grades of timber and
cabinet grade is the highest that Brunswick can find. So
in the same way that Bentley and rolls Royce have to
have a special leather hide for their luxury cars,
Brunswick have a special supplier for their maple and it
has to have a specific grain. The brushed steel used for
the legs and panels is also a special grade which is
getting harder to source due to the huge demand for
steel in the building industry. And all of the maple and
steel is supported by a massive 45mm thick base frame
that holds everything securely together, giving you the
performance you expect.
Brunswick SuperSpeed Cushions -
Standard in all Brunswick mainline tables, SuperSpeed cushions have been proved to give the best and most accurate rebound available.
Imagine if you will, playing a shot into the cushion
rail at an angle. You're not going to be playing the
shot too hard so geometry says that the angle the ball
hits the rail is the angle it should leave the rail
right? You'd be amazed at just how many 'other' tables
don't respond that way which is amazing as knowing where
the ball is likely to end up is pretty fundamental in
playing any form of billiards. Well we know SuperSpeed
