1. ABC Safe Shopping Guarantee

Your shopping experience with American Billiard Company Online, is covered by our safe shopping guarantee with two levels of protection:

1. Our secure server encrypts your data including your credit or debit card information and your personal information such as name and address details, and then converts this information into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet. Once this information is received on our secure hosting systems, the information remains behind permanent secure pages whilst being processed. Further to this, and unlike most other business systems in use by our competitors, any information (such as contact details and purchase information stored for future reference) is only viewable behind secure socket technology.
2. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers will cover all your liability or limit it to £50. Where it is proven that the unauthorised use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own and that your bank holds you personally liable, ABC will cover your liability up to £50 on a purchase made at Americanbilliardcompany.co.uk while using our secure server.

Please bear in mind that this guarantee applies only to credit and debit card purchases made via American Billiard Company's secure server and that this guarantee covers a maximum liability of £50 once only. In the event of unauthorised use of your card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

2. Price Increases

Unfortunately our suppliers will sometimes raise their prices unexpectedly. This can mean that we do not have sufficient time to alter prices of items you may have purchased prior to the completion of your transaction. If this does happen, we will contact you to check if you still wish to receive the items at the new price. We may decide to absorb some costs and increases at our discretion without passing them on to you.

3. Delivery Charges

Our Brunswick pool tables are priced including delivery and fitting (mainland UK) for your convenience. If you order any home bar set, poker table or item of game room furniture at the same time as your Brunswick pool table, these items will also be delivered free. Where an item is out of stock or special order, we will still look to deliver free of charge where applicable, but delivery may be delayed until we are within your area again. If you require such items sooner than our own vans can get to you, we can arrange for delivery via courier service, but we reserve the right to charge for this service and will advise you of the cost at the time. When you checkout your purchase via our online shop, you will have the choice of 3 delivery options. We have tried to label these to ensure you choose the correct option:

• 48HR is available for most 'packaged' items such as cloth packs, play packs, cues, ball sets. It would also be possible to ship items such as cue racks via this option, but we do not recommend that you do so due to potential damage. This option is NOT available for heavier items such as tables, chairs, bars and foosball tables etc... This is a two working day service, so if (for example) you ordered on a Friday, you should receive your goods by end of business Tuesday. However this is based on the carrier being able to deliver - we do not allow parcels to be left without signature, so if this is a problem, please specify an alternate shipping address. Where the carrier is still unable to obtain a signature, the goods will be returned to the depot and a card will be left at the stated delivery address and you will have 3 days to contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery or collection, before the goods are sent back to us. If goods are returned to us, ABC reserves the right to charge for shipping again.
• ABC (Package inc. pool tables) relates to effectively any item ordered with a pool table. All items ordered will normally be delivered together via our own dedicated fitting teams. This is the only way to ensure safe delivery of heavier and bulkier items. Normally delivery of all items in this order will be supplied free. We also fit your pool table free, but other items are chargeable if you wish us to build them for you. Please check our 'Miscellaneous Fitting Service' for more info.
• Std Parcel (Not available tables etc) is similar to our 48HR service, but relates to Royal Mail's Standard delivery service, which is not guaranteed and can take up to five working days to get to you. Once again, this service is for small packages only and does not relate to large and bulky items. As with our 48HR service, the goods will be held at a local Royal Mail sorting office for your collection if you are not available for initial delivery, and should the goods be returned, we reserve the right to charge again to re-deliver.

4. Returns at Americanbilliardcompany.co.uk

We are pleased to offer a 30 day returns guarantee, which means that if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packing within 30 days of the date that you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
